Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative activities. Freshers with good communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave trackers, and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and maintain employee-related data.
Handle employee queries and assist with HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR files and records.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience can apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
