HR Executive

Job Overview:-

We are looking for a dynamic and capable HR Executive to manage our daily human resources operations. Since we operate in the industrial construction sector, this role requires handling recruitment for both office staff and site technical teams, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth on-site labor and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Recruitment & Sourcing: End-to-end hiring for technical construction roles (e.g., Site Engineers, Project Managers, Billing Engineers) and office staff.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing smooth joining formalities, documentation, induction, and exit processes for all employees.
• Attendance & Payroll Support: Tracking attendance for office staff and collecting muster sheets from different construction sites to assist in monthly payroll processing.
• Employee Relations: Acting as the main point of contact for employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment between the office and construction sites.
• Compliance Support: Assisting the management in basic statutory compliance records related to construction sites (like ESIC, EPF, and labor welfare guidelines).
• Policy Implementation: Explaining and implementing company HR policies, code of conduct, and safety guidelines to employees.
• HR Administration: Maintaining up-to-date physical and digital employee files, leave records, and performance review documents.

Requirements & Qualifications:-

• Education: MBA in HR, BBA, or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in Construction, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries.
• Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills to deal with both site engineers and management.
• Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is highly preferred to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with HRMS software or biometric attendance tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
