Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR and Admin professional to manage the human resource and administrative functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, office management, and general administrative support. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Prepare and manage employment contracts, HR policies, and procedures. Handle payroll processing and attendance tracking. Organize training and development programs. Manage employee grievances and disciplinary processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, etc.). Coordinate performance review cycles and employee appraisals. Administration: Oversee general office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and utility services. Supervise support staff (receptionist, housekeeping, security). Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs/maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing. ⸻ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in HR and administrative roles. Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications: MBA in HR or related specialization. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
