Job Description

Role Summary : Drive outreach campaigns to identify and enroll potential candidates for training, focusing on rural, tribal, and artisan communities. Key Responsibilities : Conduct door-to-door and group mobilization activities. Coordinate with panchayats, SHGs, NGOs, and local influencers. Organize awareness camps, roadshows, and IEC dissemination. Maintain mobilization records and support in candidate documentation. To Mobilise candidate in clusters for traditional job roles like Bamboo craft/ Furniture,Terracotta Pottery, Seashell Craft, Coconut Shell Cravings, Brass work etc. Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in community outreach/mobilization. Fluency in Konkani, Marathi, and local dialects preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: mobilization.: 2 years (Required) Language: Konkani, Marathi, and local dialects preferred.
