About the Role

AKRUTI Developer is looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the hiring requirements of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Support offer letter preparation, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR recruitment; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
