Job Description

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee joining and exit formalities.
Prepare appointment, confirmation, increment, relieving, and experience letters.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data in HRMS.
Process monthly payroll, salary revisions, deductions, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, and applicable labour laws.
Maintain statutory registers, records, returns, and compliance documentation.
Prepare monthly HR MIS reports, headcount reports, and payroll statements.
Coordinate employee medical insurance, background verification, and employee queries.

Required Skills:

Graduate / MBA in Human Resources.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
