Job Description

As an HR Assistant at our company located in Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions to support the smooth operations of the department. Your responsibilities will include: Recruitment: - Posting job openings on job boards and our company website. - Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments. - Scheduling interviews and maintaining communication with candidates. - Supporting the onboarding process for new hires. Employee Records & Data Management: - Maintaining and updating employee files and records. - Assisting with data entry and ensuring the accuracy of HR databases. - Helping with compliance-related documentation. Administrative Tasks: - Providing general administrative support to the HR department. - Assisting with scheduling meetings and maintaining HR calendars. - Supporting with HR-related paperwork and documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in HR. - Excellent verbal and written English skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time position with benefits that include health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The working schedule is Monday to Friday with weekend availability required. The work location is in person, and the timing is from 11 AM to 8:00 PM.
