HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Building Materials / Industrial Products

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions including sales, operations, factory staff, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and campus hiring

* Develop a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs

* Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage job listings

2. Screening & Shortlisting

* Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

* Conduct initial HR screening calls/interviews

* Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, attitude, and cultural alignment

3. Interview Coordination

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management

* Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders

* Follow up for feedback post interviews

4. Recruitment Process Management

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout

* Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

* Ensure timely closure of positions

5. Offer & Joining Process

* Coordinate offer discussions and salary negotiations

* Issue offer letters and follow up with candidates until joining

* Manage onboarding coordination

6. Employer Branding & Talent Strategy

* Build employer brand through LinkedIn, job portals, and local networks

* Develop relationships with consultants, institutes, and placement agencies

* Suggest improvements in hiring strategy

Key Skills Required

* Strong sourcing and networking skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Basic understanding of HR practices and labour laws (preferred)

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

* MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

* 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition

* Experience in hiring for sales roles, factory staff, and operational roles will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
