Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end hiring, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and running orientation programs.
Maintain accurate employee files, update HR databases (HRIS), and track attendance or leave records.
Assist with processing payroll and administering health and employee benefits.
Handle daily employee queries, address grievances, and ensure adherence to local labor laws and statutory regulations (such as PF, ESI, or wage laws).
Coordinate learning programs, workshops, and team-building or engagement activities.
Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Head HR

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
