Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.

 Understand hiring requirements from the business team and source suitable candidates accordingly.

 Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.

 Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

 Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and offer acceptance follow-ups.

 Manage pre-joining activities, including document collection and verification coordination.

 Complete joining formalities and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.  Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

 Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process. What We’re Looking For:  Good verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organisational skills.

 A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

 Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and follow up eAectively.

 Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate recruitment records.

 Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly in the Retail Loan Industry.

Qualifications & Experience

 Graduate in B. Com/ MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)

 Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment.

Pay: Up to ₹260,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
