Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Onboarding: Managing joining formalities, documentation, and induction of new employees.
Employee Management: Maintaining employee records and handling employee queries.
Attendance & Leave: Tracking attendance, leaves, and working hours.
Payroll & Compliance: Coordinating salary processing, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance requirements.
HR Operations: Preparing HR letters, maintaining HR databases, and updating employee files.
Employee Engagement: Organizing employee activities and supporting a positive work environment.
Exit Formalities: Managing resignation processes, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlement coordination.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of PF, ESI, payroll, and labour law compliance.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Graduate in any discipline; an HR specialization is preferred.
Experience: 0–2 yrs

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
