HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in general HR operations and be capable of independently handling day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
• Post job openings on portals and manage candidate pipelines
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

2. Onboarding & Induction

• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs
• Maintain employee documentation and records

3. Payroll & Attendance Management

• Manage monthly payroll inputs and coordination with accounts/finance team
• Track and monitor employee attendance, leaves, and working hours
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)

4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and execute engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction
• Maintain a positive work culture

5. Performance Management

• Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal process
• Assist in designing appraisal frameworks and KRAs
• Conduct and support performance appraisal training sessions for employees and managers

6. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee lifecycle activities (confirmation, promotion, exit formalities, etc.)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of core HR functions
• Good knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools

Preferred Experience

• 2 to 4 years Experience in handling HR generalist roles
• Exposure to performance management systems and training
• Prior experience in a fast-paced or growing organization is a plus
