Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Kharadi

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources department. This internship will help you gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and provide exposure to real-world HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain HR records and update employee databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Help organize employee engagement activities and events
Assist with performance management and feedback collection
Draft HR letters and documents
Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Having 1 - 3 years of Experienvce in same field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Eager to learn and able to handle confidential information professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
