Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to support recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions.
• Post job vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates by phone, email, and WhatsApp to schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Support attendance tracking and maintain employee records.
• Help with HR administration and employee communication.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join the company.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email.
• Ability to coordinate multiple interviews and recruitment tasks.
• Good organizational skills and a professional attitude.
