HR Executive

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and coordinate interview rounds.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases, interview schedules, and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and onboarding documentation.

2. HR Operations & Employee Engagement

• Support employee onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and HR records management.
• Coordinate with employees and management for routine HR activities.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities, team meetings, and internal events.
• Help maintain a positive workplace culture and smooth communication within the team.

3. Social Media Reels & Content Creation

• Brainstorm creative and engaging Instagram Reel ideas related to workplace culture, hiring, employee experiences, and company activities.
• Write short-form video scripts, hooks, captions, and calls to action.
• Appear in company Reels and promotional videos when required.
• Coordinate video shoots with team members and assist in recording behind-the-scenes content.
• Create recruitment-focused Reels highlighting job openings, company culture, internships, and career opportunities.
• Research trending audio, formats, and content ideas to improve reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with the design and editing team to ensure timely delivery of videos.

4. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

• Promote job openings and internship opportunities across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Assist in creating recruitment creatives, hiring posts, and employee testimonial videos.
• Help build the company's employer brand through authentic and engaging social media content.
• Track engagement on recruitment posts and suggest improvements to attract suitable candidates.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily recruitment and candidate follow-up reports.
• Track applications received, candidates shortlisted, interviews scheduled, and candidates selected.
• Maintain a content calendar for HR-related social media posts and Reels.
• Coordinate with the HR, marketing, and management teams to complete assigned tasks on time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
