Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive – Fresher to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Support attendance, leave, and other basic HR operations.
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain documentation.
Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.
Ensure HR processes and company policies are followed.

Requirements

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Strong willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
