Job Summary

Midas Consultancy is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive for its client. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, attendance management, salary coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding.
• Attendance Management: Monitor daily attendance, leave records, late marks, and absenteeism.
• Salary Coordination: Coordinate with the Accounts Department for monthly salary processing, attendance inputs, and payroll-related data.
• Employee Engagement: Organize engagement activities and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, joining and exit formalities, and personnel files.
• Employee Support: Address employee queries and assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; an HR qualification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience in attendance management and salary coordination with the Accounts Department.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
