Job Description

Industry: Real Estate / Property Development
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Khar West, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration.
Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist with payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
Handle employee queries and HR documentation.
Coordinate with project-site teams for manpower and attendance.
Support statutory compliance, including PF and ESI, as applicable.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and payroll.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Experience in real estate or construction will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
