Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
Coordinate staff joining, induction, confirmation and exit formalities.
Assist in payroll inputs and maintain staff attendance/leave records.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and support smooth HR operations.
Coordinate with school management for staffing requirements and HR-related activities.
Ensure adherence to school HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management or related field.
Preferred: 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a school/educational institution, with good communication, coordination and MS Office skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
