Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Handle recruitment, joining formalities, documentation, and employee records.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.
Conduct exit formalities and maintain proper HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
