Job description

Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offers and joining formalities
Manage complete employee onboarding and documentation
Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
Employee engagement and retention
Performance appraisal and KPI coordination
Employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate PF, ESI and applicable labour-law compliance
Manpower planning and regular HR/recruitment reporting to management

Candidate Requirements

Excellent recruitment, sourcing and headhunting skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to independently handle multiple vacancies
Good knowledge of recruitment portals and professional sourcing channels

Preferred

Graduate/MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
Hospital/Healthcare recruitment experience
Previous experience recruiting Doctors and Healthcare Professionals
Existing network/database of Doctors and Healthcare candidates
