HR Executive – Job Description An HR Executive (Human Resources Executive) is responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and other human resource activities to support the smooth functioning of the organization. Main Responsibilities: - Handle recruitment and selection processes. - Post job vacancies on relevant platforms. - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. - Contact candidates and schedule interviews. - Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. - Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation. - Track employee attendance and leave records. - Respond to basic employee queries. - Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment data. - Support HR policies and administrative activities. Required Skills: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. - MS Word and MS Excel knowledge. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Candidate screening and coordination skills. - Ability to maintain confidential information. - Problem-solving and teamwork skills. Qualification: Usually Graduation in any stream, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, depending on the company. Experience: Freshers can apply for entry-level HR positions, depending on the employer's requirements.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
