HR Executive

About the Role

Interior Home Expert is looking for a proactive, professional, and enthusiastic HR Executive to establish and manage the company's HR function. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of HR operations, recruitment, employee management, and statutory compliance while helping build HR processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Establish and manage day-to-day HR activities, employee records, documentation, attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Recruitment & Hiring: Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• HR Policies & Processes: Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain employee documentation and support applicable labour law compliance, statutory records, and HR-related filings.
• Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee data with the relevant teams.
• Employee Engagement: Support employee communication, grievance handling, engagement initiatives, and workplace discipline.
• Performance & Exit Management: Assist with performance management, employee feedback, exit formalities, and full-and-final documentation.

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of HR experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• A professional attitude with strong ownership and a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and labour law compliance will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and build HR processes from scratch.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other basic office tools.

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
