About The Pine Crest School

The Pine Crest School, Gurugram, is looking for a motivated, organised, and responsible HR to oversee human resource activities and support the effective management of teaching and non-teaching staff. We are seeking a professional who can manage recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Prepare job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate selection.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and staff documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
• Coordinate with school management regarding staffing requirements and HR policies.
• Address employee queries and support staff engagement and grievance resolution.
• Assist with payroll coordination, performance reviews, and employee evaluations.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable employment policies and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee information.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Experience in a school or educational institution will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee management, and HR documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and HR management tools.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and coordinate effectively with school management.
