About the Role

We are hiring an HR Executive (HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition) to own end-to-end hiring for HavStrategy's growing teams. You will source, screen and close candidates across marketing, creative, sales and operations roles and help build a strong employer brand.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
• Source candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala and through referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers updated.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and hiring reports.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, HR records and employee engagement.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or startup preferred).
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools.
• Experience hiring for marketing or creative roles is a plus.

Work Location

In-office role at Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You must be able to commute to or relocate to Noida, and you must have your own laptop.
