About the Role

We are hiring an HR Executive to own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and HR operations, and to help build a strong culture and employer brand for a fast-growing agency team.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end hiring – sourcing on Indeed, Naukri and LinkedIn, CV screening, interview coordination and offer rollout
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards and time-to-fill metrics
• Run onboarding, induction, documentation and background verification
• Maintain HR records, employee database and HRMS data; coordinate attendance and leave inputs with payroll
• Plan employee engagement and R&R activities and handle employee queries
• Support appraisal cycles, exit formalities and employer branding initiatives

Who You Are

• 1–3 years in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or startup experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder coordination
• Comfortable with Google Workspace/Excel, job portals and AI tools

Work Location: In-office – Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates must be able to commute daily or relocate, and must have their own laptop.
