Role Overview

Go Green Recycling is looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave records, and documentation.
Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance, including PF and ESIC.
Address employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
Maintain HR databases and prepare employee reports.
Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and workforce planning.
Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labour laws.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Knowledge of Indian labour laws and payroll processes is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
