Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions across our school branches. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing abilities, and the capability to close vacancies within defined timelines.

Handle recruitment for teaching, administrative, accounts, admission, and support staff positions.
Understand hiring requirements from the respective departments and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with the respective Heads of School and department heads.
Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Maintain a database of candidates, interview feedback, and recruitment status.
Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and urgent vacancies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
