Job Description – HR Operations Executive

Experience: Min 6-Month Exp

Job Responsibilities:

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage employee documentation and maintain records.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with employees and centre managers for HR-related matters.
Assist with recruitment, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling.
Handle employee grievances and support their timely resolution.
Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure proper record-keeping.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in HR Operations.
Experience in recruitment and handling employee grievances.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong documentation and coordination skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
