Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Design job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate full-cycle hiring.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage new-hire orientations, collect documentation, conduct exit interviews, and process resignations.
Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day employee queries, resolve conflicts, and manage grievance procedures.
Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee files in an HRIS/ATS database and track statutory compliances (such as PF, ESI, and labor laws).
Performance & Training: Assist in rolling out performance appraisal cycles, tracking KPIs, and coordinating employee training or engagement activities.
Policy Implementation: Help draft, update, and communicate internal company policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
