Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and employee management. This role provides an opportunity to learn and grow across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
Assist with joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Assist with attendance, leave, and other routine HR activities.
Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related queries.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

MBA/BBA in Human Resources is required.
