Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the complete hiring process.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and relationships.
Coordinate with colleges, institutes, job fairs, and recruitment networks.
Support employer branding and promote company opportunities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, daily reports, and candidate documentation.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
Follow up with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely hiring.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
Support employee-related coordination and documentation when required.
Take ownership of assigned hiring targets and other recruitment activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Graduate2. English Proficiency (Spoken and Written)

Commitment period - 1-2 years (6 months internship+job)

Nature of job - WFO. 9 working hours shift, 6 days a week

Stipend during internship: Rs. 10,000 fixed.

CTC post completion of internship: upto 3 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: HR sourcing: Fresher/6 months-1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Within Pune

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
