Job Description

Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage statutory compliance, labour laws, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
Conduct site audits and verify employee records, attendance, payroll, and HR documentation.
Monitor contractor and labour compliance at construction sites.
Identify audit discrepancies, prepare reports, and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain employee records, statutory registers, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with internal audit teams, site management, and external auditors.
Ensure HR processes adhere to applicable labour laws and organizational standards.

Required Skills

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure.
Hands-on experience in HR audits, labour compliance, or statutory audits.
Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Experience handling construction-site HR operations and contractor compliance is preferred.
Strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
