Job Description: HR Executive – Recruitment

• Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 1, Gurugram
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer rollout, and joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer discussions.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring targets.
• Manage candidate documentation, background verification, and pre-joining formalities.
• Support onboarding, induction, and other HR activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in technical or infrastructure recruitment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
