Job Description

To manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities, ensuring smooth employee management, proper documentation, timely payroll coordination and compliance with company policies.

HR & Recruitment

Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, appointment letters and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records and monthly payroll inputs.
Coordinate employee confirmations, appraisals, salary revisions and exit formalities.
Address routine employee queries and support employee engagement.

Administration

Manage routine office administration, supplies, facilities and vendor coordination.
Coordinate employee travel and other administrative requirements.
Support management with reports and special assignments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
