Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate selection process and prepare offer letters.
- Organize induction and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee database, personal files, and HRMS records.
- Track attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Support payroll processing with accurate inputs.
- Address employee queries and provide support for HR policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Assist in drafting HR letters, circulars, and notices.
- Support audits and compliance documentation.
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycles.
- Identify training needs in coordination with team leads.
- Support in organizing training and development programs.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
