Job Description

HR Executive

Company: Ashana Enterprises Private Limited
Location: Gurugram (Udyog Vihar Phase 3)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 Days Working)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Coordinate with departments for hiring requirements.
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
Assist with payroll inputs and leave management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
