Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive – Fresher
Department: Human Resources
Experience: Fresher

Job Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling.
Screen resumes and contact candidates.
Handle employee joining formalities and documentation.
Maintain employee records and personal files.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift details.
Assist with payroll processing and salary-related records.
Support PF and ESI documentation.
Respond to basic employee queries.
Coordinate with employees and department heads.
Prepare daily and monthly HR reports.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Perform other HR duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

Any degree; HR-related qualification is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Word.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
