Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.

Recruitment & Selection: Manage job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding & Induction: Handle joining formalities, document verification, offer letters, and employee induction.
HR Operations: Maintain employee records, personal files, HR databases, and company documentation.
Attendance & Leave Management: Track employee attendance, leaves, and working hours.
Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing, incentives, deductions, and attendance inputs.
Employee Relations: Address employee queries, support grievance resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
HR Policies & Compliance: Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining applicable statutory compliance records

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
