Job Description

MBA/MSW with 4 + years of Experience in Manufacturing Industry
Labor Law Adherence: Ensure compliance with local and national labor legislation (such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, minimum wages, bonus, and gratuity regulations).
Audit Readiness: Maintain updated statutory registers, employee files, and compliance documentation to support internal and external audits.
Policy Updates: Monitor regulatory changes and update employee handbooks, workplace policies, and contracts to match legal standards.
Health & Safety: Oversee workplace safety standards and accident reporting requirements where applicable.
Employee Lifecycle: Manage documentation from onboarding and induction to offboarding and full-and-final settlements.
HRMS & Records: Update and maintain secure digital records, personal files, and database information.
Attendance & Payroll Support: Track attendance and leave, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
Employee Relations: Address day-to-day employee queries, assist with grievance handling, and support a positive workplace culture
Manpower Management:- Planning and arranging of Contract labours, NAPS & Trainees

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
