Job Description

Recruitment & Hiring

Identify hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Source and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact applicants, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Coordinate interviews with management and technical team members.
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment records.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

2. Existing Client Communication

Contact old clients through email, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
Send professional follow-up messages and emails to previous customers.
Inform clients about AISCOR's current website development, software development, and digital marketing services.
Follow up on enquiries and maintain client communication records.
Identify potential repeat business opportunities and forward interested leads to management.

3. Job Posting & Employer Branding

Regularly publish job vacancies across relevant platforms.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Help improve the company's presence on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Ensure job advertisements and candidate communications are professional and accurate.

4. HR Administration & Reporting

Maintain employee records, attendance, interview schedules, and recruitment reports.
Track hiring progress and candidate follow-ups.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Support management with routine HR and administrative tasks.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
