Designation – HR Executive
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters and relieving letters.
- Create employee ID cards and complete joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records and HR documentation.
- Handle monthly payroll activities, including salary calculations, attendance-based deductions and payroll reports.
- Maintain and update employee data and HR records using MS Excel.
- Prepare salary statements and assist with payroll-related documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and HR Manager regarding day-to-day HR activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR documentation.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good coordination, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn payroll and HR administrative activities.
Note: Freshers with good English communication skills and a strong understanding of payroll and MS Excel are encouraged to apply.
