Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify staffing needs, post job descriptions, screen candidates, conduct interviews, draft employment contracts, and lead orientation.
Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and staff, resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and conduct investigations with discretion.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits (like health insurance or leave entitlements), and administer performance-based incentives.
Performance & Training: Coordinate periodic performance appraisals, identify skill gaps, and organize employee training and development workshops.

Compliance & Policy: Ensure company operations adhere to local employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and internal HR policies

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
