As a BD Manager at Masai School, you will play a critical role in driving strategic partnerships through B2B sales and client management in the tech recruitment industry. Masai School is an EdTech startup focused on revolutionizing higher education by investing in students and equipping them with the necessary technical and soft skills to excel in the tech industry. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate the value proposition of Masai School to potential hiring partners and close deals that maximize student outcomes. Your day-to-day activities will include scheduling discussions, following up via email, generating leads through cold calling, and creating proposals to attract new partners. You will be expected to understand the business objectives of our partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mutual success. Additionally, you will be required to conduct extensive internet research, identify new leads, and maintain up-to-date information for key stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in tech recruitment or HR consultancies, a strong grasp of technology and recruitment trends, and a proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with large organizations. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, work well with people, and drive results across the organization will be key to your success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation are essential qualities we are looking for in a candidate. In this dynamic role, you will need to think quickly, embrace new ideas, learn rapidly, and leverage data insights to make informed decisions. Collaboration with the placement team, proactive lead generation, and a commitment to excellence are core aspects of this position. While working 5 days a week in the office, you will also have the flexibility to work from home on Saturdays.
