Role Overview: As a valuable member of the team, you will partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives. Your role will involve conducting workforce analyses, developing talent acquisition strategies, and implementing succession planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and develop strategic workforce plans. - Conduct workforce analyses to identify skill gaps and talent surpluses. - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Develop and implement succession planning initiatives to ensure business continuity. - Manage employee relations and resolve employee issues. - Develop and deliver HR training programs.
