Role Overview As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with client founders, functional heads, and senior HR leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support. You will be responsible for building systems, managing HR operations, and ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements. This is a high-impact role with multi-client exposure and significant learning opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR & Partnering Act as a trusted HR advisor to client founders and leaders. Understand business goals and align HR practices accordingly. Drive strategic initiatives around culture, performance, and people practices. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead hiring cycles end-to-end across multiple roles. Build structured hiring processes, scorecards, and interviewer guides. Manage manpower planning with founders and leadership teams. 3. HR Operations & Policy Management Set up/streamline HR processes: onboarding, HRIS, exit, documentation. Create, update, and implement policies and SOPs aligned to client needs. Maintain data accuracy, documentation, audit readiness, and compliance. 4. Performance Management Drive performance cycles across clientsKRAs, appraisals, competency frameworks. Coach managers on feedback, goal-setting, and performance conversations. Track performance metrics and recommend capability-building interventions. 5. Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience Design and execute engagement initiatives and culture-building activities. Conduct surveys, pulse checks, and employee feedback cycles. Recommend solutions to improve morale, productivity, and retention. 6. Reporting, Dashboards & Delivery Tracking This is a core requirement for the role. Build and maintain dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets for: Hiring pipelines Performance metrics HR operations Engagement insights Monthly delivery trackers SLA/contract-based deliverables Track timelines, deliverables, and commitments as per client contracts. Present weekly/monthly reports to: Client founders & leadership teams HR Angle senior team Analyse people metrics and present insights clearly and logically. Identify red flags and recommend data-backed corrective actions. Ensure accuracy, discipline, and timeliness in reporting. Skills & Experience 5-7 years of HR experience (startups/MSMEs preferred). Strong understanding of HR operations, hiring, and performance systems. Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and formulas, dashboards, reports. Familiarity with AI tools for HR, automation, or HR analytics is a strong bonus. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
