JP Healthcare is looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage HR functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, office administration, and compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and handle new employee onboarding. Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain employee databases and ensure compliance with labor laws. Attendance & Leave Management: Track attendance, process leaves, and oversee payroll-related data. Employee Engagement: Organize team activities, resolve workplace concerns, and foster a positive work culture. Admin Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance. Travel & Logistics: Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and reimbursements for employees. Meeting & Scheduling: Organize meetings, maintain calendars, and handle correspondence. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, draft reports, and support management with administrative tasks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . 1-3 years of experience in HR & administration , preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
