HPLC analyst-Oligos

As an HPLC Analyst specializing in Oligonucleotides at Daicel Chiral Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to conduct high-quality laboratory analyses using HPLC. You will be expected to ensure compliance with GLP, ISO, and cGMP standards. Additionally, you will actively contribute to method development, method validation, and routine batch analysis. Your role will also involve maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring proper instrument calibration. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct HPLC analyses for oligonucleotides, including method development, validation, and routine batch analysis. - Maintain daily laboratory records and update the Group Leader Analytical Services. - Ensure preventive maintenance, calibration, and proper functioning of laboratory instruments. - Adhere to GLP, safety procedures, and comply with ISO, QMS, and cGMP requirements. - Participate in internal and external audits as required. - Coordinate with service engineers for instrument maintenance, breakdowns, or qualifications. Qualifications & Skills: - At least 3-4 years of hands-on HPLC experience, preferably with oligonucleotides. - Strong knowledge of method development, method validation, and batch analysis. - Familiarity with GLP, ISO, QMS, and cGMP compliance. - Ability to work independently and maintain accurate documentation. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
