Prepare detailed reports on property valuations, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific requirements for housing projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and opportunities in portfolio valuations. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality valuation reports that meet client expectations. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in real estate valuation or a related field (e.g., appraisal, property management). Strong understanding of technical valuation techniques, including income approach, direct capitalization method, etc. Proficiency in preparing comprehensive written reports using MS Office tools (Word, Excel). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients at all levels.
