Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 (Based on Interview & Experience)

Job Summary:

Hotel Rainbird is seeking a male Housekeeping cum Electrician who can handle regular cleaning tasks and assist with electrical maintenance within the hotel premises. Candidates with some knowledge of air conditioner and refrigerator servicing will be preferred and may receive a performance-based bonus or salary hike.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Cleaning guest rooms and attached washrooms.
• Sweeping, mopping, and dusting of all designated areas.
• Cleaning and maintaining the reception area, corridors, stairs, and other common spaces.
• Replacing linen, towels, and bathroom supplies as needed.
• Assisting with in-house laundry work as directed.
• Reporting maintenance issues to the concerned supervisor.
• Ensuring a hygienic, tidy, and welcoming environment for guests.

Electrical Responsibilities:

• Performing minor electrical repairs and maintenance of hotel items (lights, fans, switches, sockets, geysers, etc.).
• Monitoring and maintaining electrical systems for safety and functionality.
• Assisting with emergency electrical troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of AC and fridge repair or any other electronic items will be an added advantage (not compulsory), and may lead to incentives or salary hike depending on the nature of work handled.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Basic experience or knowledge in both housekeeping and electrical repair.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and take responsibility.
• Bengali candidates are preferred.
• Must be honest, reliable, and able to follow hotel standards.

• Food, uniform, and accommodation will be provided by the hotel.
• Candidate must book their own travel ticket for joining.
• After 6 months of continued service, the joining fare will be reimbursed.
• After 1 year of service, the return fare will be provided by the hotel.
